"Shristi Banka has a well-rounded work experience ranging from areas of international taxation, internal audit, direct tax litigation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and capital market transactions like IPOs, qualified institutional placements, rights issues and debt offerings. At the age of 24, serial entrepreneur Shristi has over 6 years of experience where she has worked with industry leaders and leading multi-national companies in finance, law and accountancy sectors.

Shristi has launched Banka CFO with a vision to provide all professional services to individuals and organizations that don’t have access to reliable financial, accounting and legal commercial expertise services at affordable prices. She aims to provide finance effectiveness services to their clients across industry verticals and sizes with a primary focus on young organizations that cater to their growing needs.

Prior to founding Banka and Banka CFO Services LLP, she completed the Chartered Accountancy course and became a member of the ICAI at the age of 21. Shristi also serves as a partner and director rendering her valuable advice in some of their group companies.

 

Shristi has completed her graduation in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. She has also completed the Company Secretary course and is pursuing final year of LLB from renowned colleges/ institutions and is also a CFA (US) Level III Candidate.

Shristi also operates a popular pop culture page on Instagram that had crossed 200,000 followers and had been invited to co-host a radio show in New York. She has been passionate about poetry writing that lead her to pursue a master’s degree in English literature and is now in the process of publishing a poetry book. She enjoys public speaking and traveling, having visited over 40 countries, learning and observing different cultures."

Vinay specialises in direct and indirect taxation, financial management and financial analysis tofacilitateorganisation transformation. Vinay has over five years of work experience extending to areas of auditing, assuranceand financial services.

Vinay’s expertise includes advising start-up companies in recognising and availing optimum growth opportunities for business building.

Prior to joining Banka CFO, Vinay qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Ayush leverages deep experience in taxation to advise a broad range of companies in matters related to efficient tax planning, timely tax compliances and effective tax litigation. He has also worked on various engagements in statutory and tax audits respectively.

Ayush also works with start-up organisations and MSMEs on strategy formulation for raising debt capital and equity capital.

Prior to joining Banka CFO, Ayush completed the chartered accountancy course and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Pradeep Banka is a distinguished name in the chartered accountant community of India. In 1986, he founded and established a partnership firm, M/s. Banka & Banka, Chartered Accountants which has successfully been providing remarkable professional services since last 33 years and has trained more than 500 young minds in the chartered accountancy course.

Pradeep’s career spanning more than four decades extends in various facets such as direct taxation,finance, management consulting, auditing and assurance,litigation, indirect taxation and accountancy. His expertise, eye for detail, deeply rooted knowledge along with sharp business instincts has led him to develop a presence in the industry with the support of his motivated team of professionals.

He serves as an advisor and mentor to our social enterprise, Banka CFO. He also holds directorship positions in several private and public companies. He is a member of many prominent professional associations including the Bombay Chartered Accountant’s Society and the Sales Tax Practitioners’ Association.

Pradeep has delivered speeches on countless occasions, on different forums on the subjects of finance and direct taxation. He has been a speaker and has shared the stage with former Minister of Finance and Indian politician, Yashwant Sinha, former Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gases and Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Ram Naik, and a number of members of parliament namely, Kirit Somaiya, Gopal Shetty along with some other leaders and eminent citizens of the country.

Pradeep has been honoured with several awards and recognition such as the “Shekhawati Gaurav Samman”. Pradeep is also the author of numerous articles that benefit the business of companies, individuals in a rapidly changing world. Pradeep being a social entrepreneur in its truest sense is an active member of more than 30 not-for-profit organisations including the renowned Sri Shanmukhananda, Mumbai.

Pradeep is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a brilliant academic record. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from H.R. College, Churchgate, University of Mumbai. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the oldest law school in Asia, Government Law College, University of Mumbai.

Suraj Agrawal is a team leader known for his deep engagement with organizations, counseling top teams and CEOs, performance transformations, shaping culture including fostering mind-set and handling organizational issues. He is responsible for advising some of India’s recognized companies in moving quickly and seizing the right opportunities to drive long-term growth.

Suraj maintains an inspirational and calm demeanor along with an optimistic and forward-looking approach while handling some complex client engagements. With deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, tax implications, litigation proceedings, due diligence, he has successfully consulted various clients on strategy formulations and execution.

Suraj is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has around ten years of work experience in areas of taxation and assurance. He has been a key member in his association with the Banka Group, since last eight years.
